When will my favorite shirt become available again?

We typically do not restock on our Laced Legacy designs. Once per year during Christmas we may bring back some of the most popular designs from the year. Stay tuned on our socials as well as newsletter to find out about any potential restocks.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

What if I have an issue with my order?
Lost, stolen, and damaged packages happen. Please email lacedlegacyvi@gmail.com to get any issues resolved.

How can I change the address on my order?

If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email lacedlegacyvi@gmail.com with the correct address. If your order has already shipped, please contact your shipping carrier first to change the address.

Can I change my order once it’s placed?

Unfortunately, products cannot be added or removed from your order once the order is placed. If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us with your order number and we can cancel the order for you. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Only one promo code is permitted per order.
